Every Friday, Climate Action London has held climate strikes. In 2019, we helped youth organize the Global Climate Strike in London which saw thousands of Londoners take to the streets demanding greater action.

Youth Climate Lawsuit

Fifteen teens from the ages of 11 to 20, from seven provinces and territories, go to court with the Canadian government over the violation of Charter Rights that perpetuate climate change.

Similar lawsuits around the world are in action, in aims to get governments to reduce greenhouse gases and act on the climate crisis.

Youth Climate Leaders You Should Know

Autumn Peltier

16 year old Autumn fights for the right for clean drinking water in Indigenous communities. Her work has led to her speaking at the United Nations, and plea to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to prioritize the matter. She earned herself a nomination for the International Children’s Peace Prize.
